Abstract: Since there is no specific and authorized test method for determining the voc e-mission from interior coatings in China, a small-scale environmental chamber with 60 Lhas been designed applicable for the determination of VOC. The chambers perform well and pass the examination of metrological certification by the specific authorized agency. This paper de-scribes the experiments on how to determine the key parameters and final optimized procedure,including the verification tests via a large quantity of different paint formulations. Experimental results show that the standand method has a good operability and reliability, which can be use-ful for establishment of the domestic determination standard for TVOC in interior coatings.

摘要： 针对国内室内空气质量差，内墙涂料产品 TVOC 释放性能测试标准的空白，研制了 60L小型环境舱应用于室内涂料 TVOC释放量的检测，舱体性能优良并已通过计量；参考国外标准探讨了利用环境舱模拟室内内墙涂料 TVOC 释放量的标准方法，通过实验确定了关键参数，并选用不同配方样品以该标准方法进行验证试验。 结果证明：该方法可以判断内墙涂料的 TVOC释放性能的优劣，并具有良好的可操作性和可靠性，对我国 TVOC 释放量检测标准的建立具有很好的参考价值。 同时得出 TVOC 与 VOC 之间没有确定的相关性。
