Abstract: This paper describes the gasification and condensation of solvents in the diluting process of the solvent-based resin production, proposes the design of condenser for diluting tank, and puts forth the operation for the diluting process. Thus, a novel equipment (i.e,mesh-structured solvent recovery collector)has been applied to synergize the efficiency of solvent recovery.

摘要： 阐述了溶剂型树脂生产兑稀过程中溶剂气化和冷凝的特点，提出兑稀罐配套冷凝器的设计要求，制定兑稀过程的操作方法，并为减少溶剂损失设计了丝网捕集器，有效地降低了溶剂的损耗。
