Abstract:
Polyaspartic polyurea coatings characterized by environment - friendly performance can be cured rapidly but its cured film gives a low adhesion and brittleness.The solvent-free polyurea coatings have been prepared from polyaspartic ester as binder, and HDI trimer, HDI Biuret and self-made resin I15 as curing agent. The effect of different curing agent on film properties is investigated so as to optimize formulation of the title coatings.

摘要: 作为近年来出现的一种新型环保涂料,聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲涂料具有快速干燥但涂膜脆、附着力差的特点。本研究以聚天门冬氨酸酯为基料树脂,以HDI三聚体、HDI缩二脲和自制树脂I15为固化剂制备了无溶剂聚脲涂料,研究了不同固化剂对涂层物理化学性能的影响,从而得到性能不同的涂层,达到提高产品适用性的目的。
