Abstract:
A kind of non-toxic silicone resin was designed and synthesized by radical polymerization. The FT-IR spectra of the prepared copolymer and corresponding monomer blends confirmed the successful synthesis of the non-toxic silicone resin. The monomer conversion,molecular weight and Tg of the prepared copolymer were investigated by DSC and GPC.The prepared silicone resin was mixed with silicone oil having terminal hydroxyl group to form a lowsurface energy antifouling coatings system, further added with dibutyltin dilaurate at room temperature to form a cured film showing good antifouling property via investigation on contact angle, adhesion and antifouling performance with 3 months.

摘要: 设计并利用自由基聚合制备了一种无毒低表面能有机硅树脂,研究了丙烯酸丁酯含量对共聚物 Tg 的影响,以及有机硅单体质量分数对树脂转化率的影响,并借助 FT-IR、DSC、GPC 等对其进行了相关表征。 将合成的有机硅树脂与含端羟基的硅油按比例混合制备了一种低表面能防污涂料, 加入二月桂酸二丁基锡后可室温固化成膜,通过对涂层的接触角、结合强度和 1 ~ 3 个月的防污性研究,发现该涂层具有良好的防污性。
