Study on Copper Release and Distribution in Aluminium Alloy/ Anticorrosive Primer/ Intermediate Coating/Antifouling Coating System

含氧化亚铜的防污涂层中铜离子的释放及其在涂层体系中的分布

Abstract: The copper release and distribution in an aluminium alloy/ anticorrosive primer/intermediate coating/ antifouling coating system containing Cu2O as antifouling agent were stud-ied using XPS, FT-IR and EDS methods. The results show that during the immersion period in 3.5% NaCl solution, the Cu2O  in coating system could react with chloride ions and oxygen in the solution to produce Cu2+, providing the antifouling effect. Furthermore, the release rate of Cu2+ gradually became stable and maintained higher than the maximum copper release rate with antifouling function. However, further immersion could also allow Cu2+ to penetrate into the intermediate coating and the anticorrosive primer, and the concentration of copper ions in each layer increased linearly with the immersion time.

摘要: 研究了以氧化亚铜为防污剂的自抛光防污涂层在模拟海水浸泡过程中铜离子的释放及其在防腐/防污涂层体系中的分布规律。防污涂层在浸泡过程中 Cu2O会与 NaCl溶液反应生成 Cu2+ ,并伴随着丙烯酸树脂的水解,Cu2+得到释放从而具有防污效果。浸泡一段时间后,铜离子的渗出率基本保持稳定并显著大于铜离子防污的最小渗出率。但防污面漆中的Cu2+ 也会渗入中间漆以及防腐底漆中,并且伴随着浸泡时间的延长,防腐底漆以及连接中间漆中的铜含量都会增加,并且与时间呈正比关系
