Abstract:
Based on the characteristic and requirement of the underwater curing coatings,the types of coatings applicable to underwater environment were analyzed. It was revealed that only specially formulated solvent-free epoxy could meet the requirement of underwater application and curing process. Thus, a solvent-free epoxy coating which could be applied and cured underwater was formulated. The coating was composed of bisphenol F epoxy resin and cresylglycidyl ether as the main binder and special amines as curing agent. The coating exhibited excellent underwater application property and anticorrosive performance, and could be used for protection of underwater steel structures.

摘要: 根据水下施工固化涂料的特点与要求,分析了可用于水下施工固化的涂料种类,发现只有特定的无溶剂环氧涂料才能满足水下施工固化的要求。最终,研制了一种可完全水下施工固化的无溶剂环氧涂料,该涂料以双酚 F环氧树脂和甲苯基缩水甘油醚为主要基料,以特定的胺类作为固化剂。该涂料具有良好的水下施工涂装性能和优异的防腐性能,可用于水下钢结构的涂装与防护,满足水下使用的要求。
