Abstract:
A new type two-component waterbome epoxy anticorrosive conductive coating was developed using conductive mica powder, non-ionic self-emulsified epoxy resin,pigments and special waterborne additives as raw materials. In this paper, the influence of conductive filler content, curing time and coating film thickness on the coating surface resistivity was discussed. The results showed that the coating could provide not only stable conductive property but also excellent anticorrosion performance. Compared with the current protective coating systems, the new type two-component waterborne epoxy anticorrosive conductive coating showed a weight decreasing by more than 39% and without reduction of the protective performance. The coating could simplify the painting technology, as well as be beneficial for a better overall performance of the coated facilitiest.

摘要: 选用导电云母粉作为导电填料,与非离子型自乳化水性环氧树脂、颜填料和特种水性助剂等材料制备了双组分水性环氧防腐导静电涂料。 讨论了导电填料的含量、固化时间、涂层厚度等对涂层表面电阻率的影响。 研制的涂层不仅具有稳定的导静电性能,同时还具有优异的防腐性能。 在不降低涂层防护效果的前提下,与现有的涂层防护体系相比,涂层减质量平均不低于 39%,同时也简化了涂料的施工,对更好地发挥装备的综合性能起到了良好的促进作用。
