YTO透明隔热玻璃涂料的制备及性能

Abstract: Transparent thermal insulating coatings were prepared by incorporating ytterbium-doped tin oxide (YTO) as a heat insulation functional material into a waterborne fluorine-containing acrylic resin matrix The Influence of YTO slurry dosage and Yb/Sn molar ratio on the optical performance of coatings film was investigated. The influence of resin dosage on the coating hardness and adhesion of coatings film was also discussed. The results indicated that a coatings system could give the optimal performance when YTO slurry was 40%, waterborne fluorine-containing acrylic resin was 50%, the molar ratio of Yb/Sn was 0.35/0.65 , and it was coated for 3 times.

摘要: 以自制的镱掺杂二氧化锡(YTO)水性纳米隔热浆料与水性氟丙树脂共混,制备了水性YTO透明隔热玻璃隔热涂料,系统研究了YTO浆料用量、Yb掺杂比例、涂层厚度对涂膜光学性能的影响,探讨了水性氟丙树脂用量对涂膜硬度及附着力的影响。结果表明:YTO浆料用量为40%、Yb/Sn物质的量比为0.35∶0.65、涂覆次数为3次、树脂用量为50%时,涂膜的光学性能、硬度及附着力最佳。
