Abstract:
In this article. different five retartant systems were compared and the ammonium polyphosphate(APP)-melamine(MEL)-pentaerythritol(PE)was selected as the compound fire retardant, and epoxy resin was selected as matrix resins. The influence of the variation of the composition of the fire retardants, the types and dosages of fillers, and the curing temperatures on the powder coatings' fireproof properties was discussed.

摘要: 对比了不同类型的阻燃体系在各类粉末涂料中的阻燃防火效果,确定以纯环氧粉末涂料为基体,以聚磷酸铵(APP)-三聚氰胺(MEL)-季戊四醇(PE)三者搭配的膨胀型阻燃体系作为阻燃剂,并辅以其他助剂及填料,系统研究了阻燃剂各组成配比、填料类型及含量、涂装固化条件等对涂层防火效果的影响,得到了适用于钢结构的膨胀型防火涂料产品配方及涂装固化条件。
