Abstract: The coil collapse of prepainted sheets during production and package may cause some troubles. The primary reasons of coil collapse during curling were analyzed theoretically the paper. The coil collapse of prepainted sheets was mainly caused by lower friction between steel sheets. The maximum static friction coefficient of different sorts of prepainted sheets were measured. The causes of the coil collapse because of different sorts of coatin were analyzed in microstructure. Finally, the counter measures to prevent coil collapse during production were suggested.

摘要: 彩涂钢板生产过程中,偶尔的塌卷问题会给生产带来很大麻烦。该研究从理论上分析了彩涂板卷取时形成塌卷问题的主要原因是卷钢层间摩擦力偏小。同时,实验测定了不同种类彩板层间的最大静摩擦系数,并从微观角度对比分析了不同种类涂层发生塌卷问题的原因,最后提出了彩涂板生产中塌卷的预防措施。
