Abstract:
The composite particle of polyethylene wax( PEW) molecular sieve with micro structure was prepared by melting process. The CA, SEM, EDS were applied to characterize the morphology and property of composite particles and the influence of the morphology on performance of composite particles was discussed. The result showed that the composite particles with micro-ball structure could provide a lower apparent surface energy, which decreased from 31.0 mJ/m2 to 14.7 mJ/m2 and the water contact angle in-creased from 135° to 147° compared with pure PEW。

摘要: 通过熔融复合的方法,制备了具有微结构的聚乙烯蜡(PEW)/分子筛复合粒子。利用接触角测试仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)等表征了复合粒子的性能与形态,并探讨了复合粒子的形态对其性能的影响。结果表明:相比于PEW粉,具有微球结构的复合粒子表现出更低的表观表面能,表观表面能由31.0mJ/m2降为14.7mJ/m2,水接触角由135°提高到147°。
