Abstract:
The title putty was prepared by use of unsaturated resin as binder, water as hardener(or initiator), reactive powder as co-binder, non-toxic potassium peroxide, sodium peroxide and amonium peroxide as co-initiators, and PVA, PVP, PEO, PEG, natural glues and steric acid as covering materials, and carboxylic acids with double bonds as stabilizer of putty. The developed putty could meet the required specification in the standard of TB/T 2393-2001 issued by the Ministry of Railways.

摘要: 以水作腻子的主固化剂,以改性不饱和基树脂作腻子的主基料,水化反应型无机粉料作腻子的辅助基料,无毒的无机过氧化钾、过氧化钠、过氧化铵盐作腻子的辅助引化剂,PVA(聚乙烯醇)、PVP(聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮)、PEO(聚氧化乙烯)、PEG(聚乙二醇)、动植物胶、十八碳酸等作改性包覆剂,以双键结构的有机酸盐作腻子的稳定剂制备了环保型水固化不饱和基腻子。所研制的腻子性能达到铁道部部颁标准TB/T 2393—2001中规定的性能指标要求。
