Abstract: The flexible putty is a supporting material for exterior wall thermal insulation system. This article introduced the raw material, the basic formula, the preparation technology and the application method of flexible putty. The functional filler was industrial waste fly ash cenospheres rather than the expensive hollow glass beads. This flexible putty showed low dry density and high efficient in preserving heat. The layer thereof played an important role in avoiding crack of protective layer and decorative finish, enhancing thermal insulation effectiveness and improving energy efficiency, providing a good prospect in the future.

摘要: 介绍了建筑外墙用保温隔热弹性腻子的原材料、基本配方、制备工艺和施工方法,其功能性填料是用工业废渣粉煤灰漂珠代替价格昂贵的玻璃空心微珠,所研制的弹性腻子干密度低、保温性能好,其腻子层能在遮蔽保护层裂缝、防止装饰涂膜开裂、增强保温隔热效果、提高节能效率方面发挥重要作用,具有较好的应用前景。
