Study on the Nano ATO Based Transparent Heat-Insulation Silicone Coating

纳米 ATO透明隔热有机硅涂料的研制

Abstract: The title nano ATo based transparent heat-insulation silicone coating was prepared by using silicone emulsion as binder, nano antimony dopedtin oxide(ATO) powder as pigments, ethanol as solvent.The influence of amount of ATO and silicone on the transmittance to visible light infrared UV light, as well as thermal and mechanical properties, and the optimiztion of the ATO level were discussed. The results showed that this coating could provide good adhesion on the glass, good transmittance to visible light and heat-insulation performance. The transmittance to visible light was above 80% and the highest temperature difference could be up to 12 ~15 ℃, showing good energy-saving effect and could be widely used, on archi  tecture glass and automobile glass.

摘要: 以有机硅为成膜剂,乙醇为溶剂,加入纳米氧化锑锡(ATO)浆料,制备了有机硅纳米 ATO隔热透明涂料。研究了 ATO用量对涂层透光率以及隔热性能的影响,比较了不同成膜剂配比对涂料基本性能的影响。结果表明:所制得的纳米 ATO透明隔热涂膜对玻璃附着力好,具有良好的隔热效果,温差可达 12~15°C,可见光透过率达 80%以 上,具有良好的隔热效果和足够的可见光区透明度,节能效果显著。
