Abstract: A compound catalyst of CNTS-TiO2 was prepared by means of sol-gel process using tetrabutylorthotitanate as precursors and glacial acetic acid as depressor, which was at a certain proportion, added into alkyd varnish to prepare the title self-cleaning coatings. The photo-degradation effect on methylene blue was tested. The results indicated that the CNTS -TiO2 showed higher photocatalytic activity than that of TiO2, The photocatalytic kinetics of caotings were studied.

摘要: 以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,冰醋酸为水解抑制剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了碳纳米管-TiO2(CNTs-TiO2)复合催化剂。将复合催化剂添加到醇酸树脂中制备自洁涂层。测定了该复合涂层对表面吸附亚甲基蓝的光降解活性。结果表明:添加了复合CNTs-TiO2催化剂的涂层较纯TiO2有较高的光催化活性。同时还对涂层光催化动力学进行了研究。
