Abstract: Soap-free emulsion polymerization as become more and more important In emulsion polymerization field. In this study, the application of polymer emulsifer in the soap-free emulsion polymerization of St, BA and HEA. Latex particle shape, affect of hydrophilic functional monomer, temperature, speed of stirring and thickening mode were discussed.
