Abstract:
The microstructure of clar layer fire retardant coating is closely related to its fire resistant properties. By use of scanning electron microscope, modified acrylic fire retardant coating expansion layer microstructure was studied. The results showed that the binder, flame retardant synergistic agent and fillers in coating have a direct impact on the char layer microstructure; the char lager of optimized fire retardant coating showed dense reticulation structure on the surface, and fine porous structure on the cross section after burning. This structure can effectively reduce the thermal conductivity of char layer to prolong the flame resistant time, and is a very ideal char layer structure.

摘要: 防火涂料炭层微观结构与涂料的防火性能密切相关。基于扫描电镜对改性丙烯酸防火涂料膨胀炭层微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:涂料中基料、阻燃协效剂和填料等组分对炭层的微观结构有直接影响;优化防火涂料火烧后形成了表面为致密网状、断面为微细泡孔状的炭层结构,这种结构能够有效地降低炭层的导热系数,提高涂料的耐燃时间,是一种非常理想的炭层结构。
