嵌段共聚物PBA-b-PDMAEA的合成及其分散性能研究

Abstract: AB type Block Copolymer PBA-b-PDMAEA has been synthesized by the reversible addition -fragmentation chain transfer ( RAFT)polymerization. The structure was characterized by means of FT-IR, HNMR and GPC. Colorants of PBK7, PG7, PB15: 3, PR101, PR112, PR254, PY42, PY74and PY154 have been respectively prepared using PBA-b-PDMAEA as dispersant. The size of colorants were determined by LSPSA and TEM. The results indicated that PBA-b-PDMAEA was an excellent and universal dispersant, which was suitable for dispersing of carbon black, inorganic and organic pigments.

摘要: 利用可逆加成断裂链转移自由基聚合(RAFT)的方法制备了AB型嵌段共聚物PBA-b-PDMAEA,用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁氢谱(1HNMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法对其结构进行了表征。以PBA-b-PDMAEA为分散剂,分别制备了PBK7、PG7、PB15:3、PR101、PR112、PR254、PY42、PY74和PY154等色浆,利用激光粒度仪(LSPSA)和透射电镜(TEM)对色浆的粒度进行了测定,结果表明PBA-b-PDMAEA作为分散剂,性能优异且通用性好,对于炭黑、无机颜料和有机颜料都适用。
