Abstract: An unsaturated polyester(UP) with groups that can be cured at low temperature has been I prepared, which can be used in polyester/epoxy powder coatings. The effects of the synthesis of unsaturated polyester, the coating formulations and hardener and accelerator on the properties of powder coatings was discussed. At lowers the curing temperature while keeping the excellent performances of the film, as well as prolong the storage stability and reduce the energy consumption.

摘要: 合成了具有低温固化基团的不饱和聚酯树脂,并将其应用于低温固化的聚酯/环氧粉末涂料中,讨论了树脂合成、涂料配方及固化剂与促进剂对粉末涂料的影响,在保证粉末涂料涂膜各项优异性能基础上降低了固化温度,延长了涂料的贮存稳定性,减少了能耗。
