Compound Systems of Polyurea Chain Extenders with Different Gel Time

不同凝胶时间的聚脲扩链剂复配

Abstract:

The acetylizing amine chain extenders, such as diacetyl ethylenediamine, diacetyl hexamethyene-diamine and Diacetyl m-phenylenediamine were prepared for prolonging the gel time of polyurea elastomer. The reaction activity is decreased when the new chain extenders were used for polyureas chain extension reaction, and their mechanical properties were still remained. Compound systems of polyurea chain extenders with different gel time were established by changing quantity of different kinds of chain extendersle. The results showed that the gel time of spray polyurea elastomer can be controlled.

摘要: 制备了酰胺扩链剂二乙酰乙二胺、二乙酰己二胺和二乙酰间苯二胺,与原扩链剂进行对比,酰胺扩链剂位阻大,大大延长了聚脲凝胶时间,且不降低合成聚脲的力学性能。通过改变扩链剂的种类和用量调整聚脲体系配方,建立了不同凝胶时间的聚脲扩链剂复配体系,实现了喷涂聚脲弹性体凝胶时间的预设控制。
