氨基硅烷改性丙烯酸酯及其对光固化膜性能的影响

Abstract: Aminosilane modified Uv-curable acry lates has been prepared by reacting N-cyclohexyl-Y-aminopropylmethy ldimethoxysilane (CAMS) with pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETA) by Michaeltype addition reaction, which was used as modifying additives for acrylic Uv-curable systems. The change of double bonds during the UV curing process was characterized by means of FT-IR, and the properties of Uv-cured films was studied. With the inerease of aminosilane modified acrylates, the gel content and breaking strength of Uv-cured films decreased, but it's water contact angle increased.

摘要: N-环己基 -3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(CAMS)与季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)通过迈克尔加成反应制得可光固化的含硅改性丙烯酸酯,以其为稀释剂加入紫外光固化体系中,通过红外测试表征了固化过程中特征基团的变化,并考察了其对固化膜性能的影响,研究结果表明:随着含硅改性丙烯酸酯加入量的增加,固化膜凝胶率和断裂强度有所下降,但其表面水接触角增大。
