Abstract:
A series of new UV curable monomers containing oxazolidin-2-one fragment were prepared product structure has been investigated and characterized. The effect of reaction condition on .The results from the real-time infrared spectroscopy (ft-ir of the novel UV curable monomer and gel indicated that the obtained monomer is of higher UV activity. In addition, the curing time of Uv-curable gel,pencil hardness, impact strength, gel content of the cured film was examined. The effect of compositions on the properties of UV cured film was discussed.

摘要: 研究了含有噁唑烷酮单元的新型光活性单体的合成及结构表征,考察了反应条件对产物结构的影响。以实时红外光谱法研究了新型光活性稀释剂、复配胶的光聚合行为,结果表明合成的新单体具有很高的光固化活性。还对所配胶的光固化时间、光固化膜的硬度、耐冲击性、凝胶率等性能进行了研究,考察了胶的组成对紫外光固化膜性能的影响。
