Abstract:
UV curable low viscosity epoxy acrylate was prepared at the presence of a hybrid additive system, which was composed of new catalyst and new inhibitor. FTIR, HNMR CNMR were used to characterize the structure of the resin.Effects of hybrid additive system and traditional catalyst and inhibitor on reaction process and resin performance were also studied, and the results showed that the hybrid additive system could provide better catalytic and inhibition effects with reaction activation energy 37.69 k. mol-1K.The viscosity of the resin is 3000-4000 mpas/60 C, only 1/3 of the commereial products. At lastthe heat-resistant property of the resin was analyzed by heat analytical instrument

摘要: 引入新的催化剂和新的阻聚剂构成催化 -阻聚复合助剂体系,合成了可紫外光固化的低黏度环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱对树脂结构进行了表征;研究了复合助剂及常用的催化剂、阻聚剂对反 应 过 程 及 树 脂 性 能 的 影 响,发 现 复 合 助 剂 体 系 具 有 更 好 的 催 化 和 阻 聚 效 果,反 应 活 化 能 仅 为3769kJ·mol-1·K-1,所得树脂黏度仅为3000~4000mPa·s(60℃),为市售产品的 1/3;最后利用综合热分析仪对树脂固化膜的耐热性能进行了分析。
