Abstract:
Recently, powder coatings for thermosensitive materials the highlight of powderave become coatings industry. Low temperature curing(ITC)powder and UV curing powder have already been applier for MDF( Medium Density Fibreboard ) A preliminary study of L TC powder and coating process on MDF were investigated. This article was focused on influence of different heating methods on the moisture content of MDF and powder utilization.

摘要： 近年来，用粉末涂料涂装热敏性材质研究已经逐渐成为行业研究的重点，低温固化粉末涂料和 ＵＶ固化粉末涂料已开始应用于中密度纤维板（ＭＤＦ）的涂装。研究了低温固化粉末涂料及其应用于 ＭＤＦ上的涂装工艺，重点介绍了不同加热方式对 ＭＤＦ含水率、粉末上粉量等的影响。
