用于汽车紧固件涂装的阴极电泳涂料的研究

Abstract: This article haodeseribed the modification of formulation and well developed CED cabin could be suitable for fasteners. The modified ED contings was compared to the traditional electrogalvanizing and dacromet technologies. The treatment with CED coatings for fasteners is an innovation of traditional electroplating and featured by into enviromental friendly, energy saving and energy consumption readuction.

摘要: 在成熟的阴极电泳涂料基础上,根据汽车紧固件的使用特点,对配方进行了改进,使其适用于紧固件电泳涂装。同时对电泳涂层的装配性能进行了测试,与传统的电镀锌、达克罗技术进行对比。采用电泳涂装对紧固件进行表面处理,具有环保、节能、降耗的特点,是对传统电镀技术的革新。
