纳米光触媒的合成工艺及其应用研究

Abstract: The title Nano-photocatalysts emulsion was prepared using TosO as the precursor by ambi-ent hydrolysis -precipitation and hydrothermal method. The influence of pH value, stabilizer, oxidant, tem-perature and time of heat treatment, on photocatalytic performance of nano-photocatalyst emulsion were investigated. Nano TiO2 particles in the emulsion were found by use of XRD and TEM an anatase phase and its average size was 10 nm. The results from the photocatalytic degradation shows that the optimum products have been obtained when the pH value of photocatalyst emulsion was 8, with citric acid as the stabilizer,and heated in100℃for6h.

摘要: 以硫酸氧钛为原料通过常温水解沉淀及水热处理制备了纳米光触媒乳液。考察了水解 pH值、稳定剂、氧化剂、热处理温度及热处理时间等条件对该乳液的光催化性能的影响。XRD和 TEM检测结果表明:光触媒乳液中纳米 TiO颗粒晶体结构为锐钛型,平均粒径为 10nm。光催化活性评价表明:当水解溶液的 pH值 =8,以柠檬酸为稳定剂,在 100℃下水热处理 6h后获得的纳米光触媒乳液具有最佳光催化活性。
