Preparation of High Silica Sol Compound Emulsion and Its Properties

高硅溶胶含量复合型乳液的制备与性能研究

Abstract: The title silica sol/polyacrylate compound emulsion was synthesizecd through in-situ emulsion polymerization with high inorganic-organic ratio(0.6-0.9)and high Sio, content(16%18%). Prop-erty tests indicated that this compound emulsion was superior to the all polyacrylate emulsion and silica/poly-acrylate blended emulsion in storage stability, stability to calcium ion, film hardness, and heat resistance,but slight down of water resistance.The transmisione lectron microscope (TEM) photo indicated that the a core-shell structure emulsion was formed, where the nanosilica is core and the polyacrylate is shel.

摘要: 使用原位乳液聚合法合成高无机-有机组分比(0.6~0.9),高二氧化硅含量(16%~18%)的硅溶胶-聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。性能测试结果显示,本复合乳液在贮存稳定性、钙离子稳定性以及涂膜硬度和耐热性等方面优于纯丙乳液,而涂膜的耐水白性稍变差;透射电镜照片表明,该复合乳液形成以二氧化硅为核,聚丙烯酸酯为壳的核-壳结构。
