Abstract:
The cooling tower is one of the important constituents of power plant, Having been exposed in the atmospheric environment for a long time, its concrete structure is very easy to be carbonized by the carbon dioxide in the air, which is one of the main causes leading to the concrete structure break down. Based on the coating plan provided by four coatings suppliers, the paints on different zones of cooling tower were tested by accelerated carbonization experiment to accelerate the aging of the concretes coating for evaluation the carbonization resistance of the coatings used in various zones.

摘要: 冷却塔是电厂重要的组成部分之一,长期暴露于大气环境中,其混凝土结构很容易和空气中的CO2发生碳化,这是导致混凝土结构失效的重要原因。文章根据4家涂料公司提供的涂刷方案,针对冷却塔不同区域涂刷防腐涂料,采用人工加速碳化实验对混凝土涂层加速老化,用对比法评价不同区域不同涂层体系耐碳化性能的优劣。
