PDCA循环法在选择洗衣机电机保护架表面精饰方法中的应用

Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of anti- corrosion painting for washing machine motor protective framework surface, the PDCA cycle approach was used. Two surface protection methods for motor protective framework were compared: electrostatic spraying and plating. On the premise of meeting the quality requirement, this article has focused on discussion of cost control of products, such as norm costs of material, actual working hours cost, etc., to identify the optimization of anti-corrosion painting methods for washing machine motor protection framework surface.

摘要: 为了降低洗衣机电机保护架表面精饰成本,应用PDCA循环方法,对比电机保护架常用的两种方法:静电喷涂和电镀,在满足质量的前提下,重点从产品成本控制角度,如材料定额成本、工时实际成本等方面进行剖析,得出洗衣机电机保护架表面精饰的优化方法。
