水性涂料重涂过程中的特征弊病:絮凝起粒

Abstract: This paper reported a typical defect of waterborne coating during rocating,seding by flocul- tion.The formation time,feature and various forms of seding were carefuly observed with zoom-stereo mi-croscope and other methods.The formation process was studied by IR spectrum and contact angle analysis, then a posible formation mechanism was proposed.Moreover,some solutions were sugested and tested by an aplication experiment.

摘要: 摘 要:报道了水性涂料在重涂过程中产生的特征性弊病———絮凝起粒。通过体视显微镜等多种观察手段,细致 地观察了起粒时间、特征和各种形态,通过红外光谱和接触角分析探讨了其产生的原因,进一步提出了可能的形成机理。
