Abstract: This paper reported a typical defect of waterborne coating during rocating，seding by flocul- tion.The formation time，feature and various forms of seding were carefuly observed with zoom-stereo mi-croscope and other methods.The formation process was studied by IR spectrum and contact angle analysis， then a posible formation mechanism was proposed.Moreover，some solutions were sugested and tested by an aplication experiment.

摘要： 摘 要:报道了水性涂料在重涂过程中产生的特征性弊病———絮凝起粒。通过体视显微镜等多种观察手段，细致 地观察了起粒时间、特征和各种形态，通过红外光谱和接触角分析探讨了其产生的原因，进一步提出了可能的形成机理。
