Abstract: A cleaning ferric- based phosphating solution used for surface pretreatment of iron and steel at room temperature was developed in order to perform cleaning phosphating production. All themolecules orions involved in the phosphating solution could react with each other forming phosphating film, water, sed-iments or substances which could be vo latilized in the dry process of phosphating film. It contains no nitrous acid salts and heavy metals. A colored film weighted 0.7 g /m2 was formed by immersing process at 5~ 40℃ for 5~ 10 min, which could resistant to dropping CuSO4 solution for 90~140s. It doesnpt need waterwashing after phosphating.

摘要: 为使磷化实现一级清洁生产, 开发了一种用于钢铁表面涂装前处理的常温清洁铁系磷化液。该磷化液组分所有的成分均参加成膜反应生成磷化膜、水、沉渣或在磷化膜干燥过程中挥发。此磷化液不含亚硝酸盐和重金属,在 5~ 40℃ 下浸渍磷化 5~ 10 min, 在每平方米即可生成质量约为 0.7 g的膜和耐 CuSO4溶液点滴时间达 90~ 140 s的彩色磷化膜。且磷化后可免水洗。
