防火涂料贮存稳定性和耐水性研究

Abstract: Through the study of the causes for poor water resistance, flocculation and viscosity increase of the title fireretardant coatings after storage, it is found that the binder and fire retardant are thema in causes of the storage instability. Utilization of modified emulsion blend and microw ave radiated intumescent retardant will greatly improve the storage stability and the water resistant time increased from 12 h to 32 h, the flame retardant time increased from 23 min to 58 min.

摘要: 通过对防火涂料贮存后耐水性差、贮存返粗、增稠原因的研究, 发现涂料基料和阻燃剂是产生涂料贮存稳定性差的主要原因。采用乳液共混改性基料和微波辐射技术改性膨胀阻燃剂, 显著提高了防火涂料的贮存稳定性, 耐水性能由12 h提高到32 h, 阻燃时间由23 min提高到58 min。
