Research on Performance Test and Evaluation Methods of Corrosion Resistance for Coatings Under Insulation

保温层下涂层耐腐蚀性能测试与评定方法研究

Abstract: The cyclic corrosion tests for different coating systems were carried out by thehorizontal square tube and the vertical tube simulation equipment respectively. The corrosionresistance performance of different coatings under insulation was evaluated,and the test methods of square tube and vertical tube were compared and discussed. The results showedthat common phenolic epoxy coatings,glass flake reinforced phenolic epoxy coatings and inertinorganic copolymer coatings exhibited excellent corrosion resistance. However,the coatingsystems containing the silicone aluminum powder failed the test due to their poor dry filmthickness. Besides,compared with the vertical tube test,the test conditions of the square tube were more severe,therefore showing a better screening performance for different coatings.

摘要: 在实验室模拟保温层下腐蚀环境,针对不同的配套涂层体系开展了横置式方管和竖立式圆管循环腐蚀试验,筛选了不同涂层的保温层下耐腐蚀性,并对方管和圆管试验评价方法进行了对比和分析。结果表明:普通环氧酚醛漆、玻璃鳞片增强环氧酚醛漆以及惰性无机共聚物漆具备良好的耐保温层下腐蚀性能,含有机硅铝粉的涂层体系由于较薄的干膜厚度未通过测试。此外,相比于圆管试验,方管试验的试验条件更为苛刻,对不同涂层的筛选性更佳。
