Abstract:
Using loess as the base material,the ecological interior wall latex paint was prepared by modification,emulsification and dispersion processes. Taking the main performance of theinteriorlatex paint as an indicator,the single factor controlled variable approach was used to optimize the loess modification process(dosage,calcination temperature and time)and the formulation of latex paint. The results showed that the latex paint prepared by incorporation of calcinated loess at 15% on total formulaion,which was calcinated at 450 ℃ for 90 minutes at constant temperature,provided the best properties. The product was fully in line with and superior to the requirements instandard of“synthetic resin interior wall latex coatings(GB / T9756—2009)” . It was characterized by its low cost,simple technology,environmental friendly,and good practical application prospects.

摘要: 以黄土为基料,通过改性、乳化、分散制备生态型内墙乳胶漆。以内墙乳胶漆的主要性能为指标,采用单因素控制变量法优化黄土改性工艺(用量、煅烧温度及时间)与乳胶漆配方。结果表明: 450 ℃恒温煅烧 90 min的黄土,添加量为 15%时制备的乳胶漆各项性能最佳。产品完全符合且优于《合成树脂乳液内墙涂料》(GB/T9756-2009)要求,成本低、工艺简单和绿色环保,有良好的实际应用前景。
