摘要: 【目的/意义】太阳光反射指数(SRI)可实现阳光下表面稳态温度的直接对比,SRI越高,材料表面在太阳辐射下的温度越低。作为反射隔热与辐射制冷涂料降温性能的重要评价指标,SRI具备测算简便、适配性强、标准化程度高的优势,已在许多国家和地区得到广泛应用,但我国对其研究与应用程度较低,相关技术梳理工作较为欠缺。【分析/评论/进展】解析了 SRI的定义、原理及其与涂料反射率、发射率等关键性能参数的内在关联,梳理了主流的测试与老化模拟方法,对比分析了 SRI综合评价体系与国内“隔热温差”评价方法的技术优劣,结合国内外多项建筑节能标准、LEED等绿色建筑认证体系及各地区行业规范,系统总结了 SRI的国际应用现状。【结论/展望】目前欧美、中东、东南亚等地区已将涂料老化前后的 SRI纳入建筑节能强制要求,而我国仅少量标准提及 SRI概念,未设置明确量化指标。将 SRI纳入国内涂料行业标准,可完善节能涂料性能评价体系,推动国产节能涂料技术、标准与国际接轨,助力建筑节能领域高质量发展。

Abstract: [Objective/Significance]The Solar Reflectance Index(SRI)allows direct comparison of steady-state surface temperatures under solar irradiation,with a higher SRI indicating a lowersurface temperature under solar radiation. As a critical metric for evaluating the cooling performance ofsolar reflective and passive radiative cooling coatings,SRI offers the advantages of straightforward calculation,broad applicability,and a high level of standardization,and has been widely adopted internationally. In China,however,research and practical application of SRI remain limited,and a systematic review of relevant technologies is still lacking.[Analysis/Discussion/Progress]This work elaborates on the definition and fundamental principles of SRI,as well as its correlations with keycoating parameters including solar reflectance and thermal emissivity. Mainstream testing and agingsimulation methods are reviewed,and the technical merits of the SRI evaluation method are compared with the domestic‘thermal insulation temperature difference’evaluation method. Drawing on national and international building energy efficiency standards,green building certification systems such as LEED,and regional industry codes,this paper systematically summarizes the global implementation status of SRI.[Conclusion/Prospect]Currently,Europe,North America,Middle East and Southeast Asia have incorporated both initial and aged SRI into mandatory building energy requirements. Bycontrast,only a few Chinese standards mention SRI without specifying quantitative thresholds. Integrating SRI into Chinese coating standards will refine the performance evaluation system for energy-efficient coatings,facilitate alignment of domestic technologies and standards with international practices,and support high-quality development in the field of building energy conservation.
