2 氟醇改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的制备及其涂层的疏水耐磨性

摘要: 【目的】提高聚氨酯丙烯酸酯基体的疏水耐磨性能,拓展其在高端电子领域的应用。【方法】采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)、八氟戊醇(OFP)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)合成了一系列含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(FPUA)树脂,并将树脂与多官能活性稀释剂、光引发剂混合搭配成 UV固化涂料。对不同氟醇用量的树脂及固化后的涂层进行了测试。【结果】一元氟醇 OFP的加入降低了 FPUA涂层的表面张力,使涂层具有优良的疏水性,当 OFP含量为 20%时,水接触角可以达到 99°。OFP的引入使涂层在不同摩擦次数下均具有较好的疏水性,同时具有优异的力学性能,附着力 0级,硬度 2H,耐冲击性 50 cm。【结论】OFP的引入提高了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的疏水耐磨性,为其在低表面能领域的应用提供了一种可行的思路。

Abstract: [Objectives] To enhance the hydrophobicity and wear-resistance of polyurethane acrylate matrix,and expand its application in high-end electronics field.[Methods] A series of fluorinated polyurethane acrylate(FPUA)resins were synthesized using toluene diisocyanate(TDI), polycaprolactone diol(PCL),octafluoropentanol(OFP)and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA),and the resins were then mixed with multifunctional reactive diluents and photoinitiators to form photocurable coatings. The resin with different amount of fluoroalcohol and the cured coating weretested.[Results]The addition of the monofluoroalcohol OFP reduced the surface tension of FPUA coating,which made the coating have excellent hydrophobicity. When the OFP content was 20%,the water contact angle could reach 99° . The introduction of OFP made the coating have good hydrophobicity under different friction times,as well as excellent mechanical properties includingadhesion grade 0,hardness 2H,and impact resistance 50 cm.[Conclusion]The introduction of OFP improved the hydrophobicity and wear-resistant performance of polyurethane acrylate,providing a feasible idea for its application in the field of low surface energy.
