摘要: 【目的】实现光引发剂与紫外 -可见 LED光源的高效匹配。【方法】将 9,10-二苯基蒽基团引入羟基氧化膦结构中,设计并合成了一种新型紫外 -可见光响应的单组分自由基光引发剂(羟基(4-(10-苯基蒽 .9-基)苯基)甲基)二苯基氧化膦( DPOH)并发现其前体化合物 4-(10-苯基蒽 .9-基)苯甲醛( DPO)同样具有优异的光引发性能。利用紫外 -可见光谱研,究 DPOH与 DPO的吸收与光解行为,通过电子顺磁共振实验与质谱分析推测了光引发机理,采用热重分析法与差示扫描量热法评估了引发剂的热稳定性,实时红外法研究了光引发剂的光聚合动力学。【结果】 DPOH和 DPO在近紫外 -可见光区域展现显著的光吸收能力, DPOH与 DPO引发三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯聚合的双键转化率可达 49%~68%,引发乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯聚合的双键转化率分别为 87%和 95%。DPOH与 DPO的热分解温度分别为 253 ℃和 330 ℃,与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯混合时热聚合起始温度分别为 176 ℃和 187 ℃,表现出优异的热稳定性。【结论】 DPOH与 DPO是一类高效稳定的可裂解 LED光引发剂,在光固化材料中具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: [Objective]In order to achieve the efficient matching of photoinitiators with UV-Vis LED light sources.[Methods] A novel UV-Vis light-responsive one-component free radical photoinitiator,(hydroxy(4-(10-phenylanthracen-9-yl)phenyl)methyl)diphenylphosphine oxide(DPOH),was designed and synthesized by introducing 9,10-diphenylanthracene into the structure of hydroxylphosphine oxide,and it was found that its precursor compound,4-(10-phenylanthracen-9-yl) benzaldehyde(DPO),also exhibited excellent photoinitiation properties. The absorption and photolysisbehaviors of DPOH and DPO were investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometer,and the photoinitiationmechanisms of the synthesized photoinitiators were speculated by electron paramagnetic resonance andmass spectrometry analysis,the thermal stability was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry,and real-time infrared spectroscopy was conducted to investigate thephotopolymerization kinetics of photoinitiators.[Results]DPOH and DPO exhibited significant light absorption capabilities in the near-ultraviolet to visible(UV-Vis)region. The double bond conversionof trimethylolpropane triacrylate initiated by DPOH and DPO could reach 49%~68%,and that of ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate could reach 87% and 95%,respectively. The thermal decomposition temperatures of DPOH and DPO were 253 ℃ and 330 ℃,respectively. When mixed with trimethylolpropane triacrylate,their thermal polymerization onset temperatures were 176 ℃ and 187 ℃, demonstrating outstanding thermal stability.[Conclusion]DPOH and DPO are highly efficient and stable cleavable LED photoinitiators,demonstrating significant potential for applications in photocurable materials.
