摘要: 现有丙烯酸酯乳液主要源自石油基原料,而基于国家“双碳”目标和可持续发展的需要,利用可再生资源制备的生物基丙烯酸酯乳液获得快速发展。文中主要阐述了纤维素、木质素、植物油、松香以及其他生物基丙烯酸酯乳液的制备方法,总结了生物基丙烯酸酯乳液在涂料、胶黏剂及其他领域的最新应用研究进展,展示了生物基丙烯酸酯乳液在提升产品环保性、降低碳足迹方面的显
著优势,指出了生物基丙烯酸酯乳液面临的主要问题,包括原料成本高、生产技术不成熟以及产物性能差等。最后,展望了高生物基含量、高性能和多功能生物基丙烯酸酯乳液产品的发展前景。

Abstract: Existing acrylate emulsions are primarily derived from petroleum-based raw materials,while bio-based acrylate emulsions prepared from renewable resources have gained rapid development based on the dual carbon national goals and the need for sustainable development. This article mainly describes on the preparation methods of cellulose,lignin,vegetable oil,rosin,and other bio-based acrylate emulsions,summarizes the latest application research progress of bio-based acrylate emulsions in coatings,adhesives,and other fields,and demonstrates the significant advantages of bio-based acrylate emulsions in enhancing the product environmental friendliness and reducing carbon footprints. It points out the main
issues faced by bio-based acrylate latexes,including high raw material costs,immature production technology,and poor product performance. Finally,it looks forward to the development prospects of bio-based acrylate emulsions in products that are high bio-based content,high-performing,and multifunctional.
