摘要: 为解决亚光混合型粉末涂料因表面粗糙、内应力较大,在受到外力冲击或拉伸时韧性不足,无法满足二次成型需求的问题。研究了不同工艺合成的环氧树脂、不同酸值及黏度聚酯树脂、不同种类消光填料对亚光混合型粉末涂料的消光性和韧性的影响。结果表明:不同工艺合成的环氧、聚酯的酸值和黏度以及消光填料对亚光混合型粉末涂料性能的影响比较大。使用两步法环氧制备的涂层光泽更低、延时折弯性能更优;酸值 43 mgKOH/g左右、黏度 5 600~6 200 mPa·s的聚酯所得涂层韧性较高;选择钛白粉作为主要填料并使粉末涂料颗粒粒径分布在 20~80 μm更有利于兼顾低光泽和高韧性。

Abstract: To address the issue of insufficient toughness in matt hybrid powder coatings,which fail to meet market demands of secondary molding,when subjected to external impacts or stretching,resulting from their rough surface and high internal stress. The impact of epoxy resin with different synthesis processes,polyester resin with varying acid values and viscosity,and different types of matting fillers on the matting performance and toughness of matt hybrid powder coatings were investigated. The results indicated that the epoxy with different synthetic processes and polyester with varying acid values and viscosity,matting fillers,significantly influenced the performance of matt hybrid powder coatings. The coating prepared by using the two-step epoxy boasted a lower gloss and superior delayed bending performance. The polyester,featuring an acid value of approximately 43 mgKOH/g and a viscosity ranging from 5 600 mPa·s to 6 200 mPa·s,exhibited enhanced toughness. The selection of titanium dioxide as the primary filler and the particle size distribution of the powder coatings falls within the range of 20-80 μm was more conducive to achieving both low gloss and high toughness.
