摘要: 为缩短水性隔声涂料的干燥时间,将普通硅酸盐水泥作为填料掺入隔声涂料中,采用自研的简易版撞击声检测装置,探究了普通硅酸盐水泥添加量对隔声涂料撞击隔声性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜( SEM),分析了硅酸盐水泥对隔声涂料微观形貌的影响。结果表明:隔声涂料中加入一定量的硅酸盐水泥,水泥在涂料中发生水化反应,生成水化碳酸钙凝胶等产物,对涂料的干燥效率和隔声性能起到提升作用。硅酸盐水泥添加量达到 6%,隔声涂料的干燥时间可以缩短至 48 h以内;硅酸盐水泥添加量达到 4%,隔声涂料的撞击声隔声性能提升了 75%。隔声涂料( 4%硅酸盐水泥添加量)现场施工, 48 h内完全干燥,楼板计权标准化撞击声压级为 63 dB,达到国家二星级绿色建筑标准。

Abstract: In order to shorten the drying time of waterborne soundproof coatings,ordinary Portland cement was added as a filler into the soundproof coatings. The effect of addition amount of ordinary Portland cement on the impact insulation performance of sound insulating coatings was studied by using a simple self-developed impact sound detection device. Through scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the effect of cement on the microstructure of the soundproof coatings was analyzed. The results indicated that the addition of a certain amount of ordinary Portland cement in the soundproof coatings could trigger a hydration reaction,resulting in the formation of products such as hydrated calcium carbonate gel,which could improve the drying efficiency and soundproofing performance of the waterborne soundproof coatings. With the addition of 6% ordinary Portland cement,the drying time of the soundproof coatings could be shortened to less than 48 hours. With the addition of 4% ordinary Portland cement,the impact sound insulation performance of the soundproof coatings was improved by75%. The on-site construction of the soundproof coatings(with 4% ordinary Portland cement addition)completely dried within 48 hours,The standardized impact sound pressure level of the floor slab was 63 dB,which meet the national two-star green building standard.
