Service Performance of Radar Absorbing Coatings at High Temperature and Life Prediction

摘要:

基于可靠性理论的统计模型和威布尔分布,在Arrhenius 公式的基础上应用通用对数线性关系推导出温度和紫外强度的双应力模型。采用弓形测量法测得雷达吸波涂层的雷达反射率,预测了涂层在常温贮存和飞行状态下的使用寿命,并验证了模型的可靠性。结果表明:涂层在常温贮存和Ma=1.45飞行状态条件下采用该模型预测出的寿命分别为5.44×10 4 h、4.15×10 4 h;在80 ℃下采用该模型预测出的寿命为2 276.8 h,实验寿命为2 076.7 h。理论计算结果与实验结论比较符合,表明此方法能够比较准确地预测雷达吸波涂层的使用寿命。

Abstract:

Based on the statistical model and the Weibull distribution of the reliability theory, a generalized logarithmic linear relationship based on the Arrhenius formula was used to deduce the dual stress model of temperature and UV intensity. Radar reflectivity of radar absorbing coating was measured by arc measurement. The service life of the coating was predicted at room temperature and 1.45 Ma and the reliability of the model was verified. The results show that the calculated lifetime of the coating at room temperature and 1.45 Ma are 5.44×10 4 h and 4.15×10 4 h respectively. The calculated lifetime is 2 276.8 h at 80 ℃ while the experimental lifetime is 2 076.7 h. The theoretical calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that this method can accurately predict the service life of radar absorbing coating.
