摘要: 利用纳米材料对水性防腐蚀涂料进行改性,实现不同材料之间的优势互补,制备高性能、功能化的防腐蚀涂层已经成为当前水性防腐蚀涂料研究领域的前沿和热点。 由于不同纳米材料在结构和性能上不尽相同,使得涂层防腐蚀性能增强的机理和效果也有一定的差异。 本文结合国内外研究进展,综述了石墨烯、纳米无机氧化物、纳米导电聚合物和纳米黏土等纳米材料在水性防腐蚀涂领域中的应用研究进展。

Abstract: It has been a development trend that the high performance and functional an- ticorrosive coating is prepared via modification with nanomaterials by which complementary ad-vantages between different materials can be achieved. Because different nanomaterial might have different structure and performance, there are some differences in the enhancement mech-anism and effect on property of waterborne anticorrosive coatings. In this article, the applica-tions of graphene, nano inorganic oxide, nano conductive polymers, nano clay and other nano-materials in waterborne anticorrosive coatings have been reviewed.
