摘要: 以江淮汽车成功推广应用的水性单涂层素色漆工艺为例,围绕水性单涂层与水性 3C2B 工艺共线生产的工艺设计、现场工艺参数控制要求、涂装材料配套性及涂膜外观和性能等方面进行探讨,阐明了水性单涂层工艺在喷涂参数、流平烘干参数上的现场工艺控制要求,同时针对其与 3C2B 混线生产时需与溶剂型清漆共用同一烘干炉及与焊缝密封胶需湿碰湿涂装等技术难度进行试验验证并提供最终解决方案,可供相关技术人员参考。

Abstract:
Taking Jianghuai automobile that has been successfully applied water-borne single-layer coating process as an example, this article discusses the collinear production process of waterborne single-layer coating process and waterbome 3C2B process in terms of design, process parameter control requirements, the coating material compatibility, coating appearance and properties, etc. In addition, the waterborne single-layer coating process is determined in terms of spray parameters, onsite oven control requirements. The final solutions are provided for these technical difficulties, for example, the said collinear production process needs the oven which is also used for solvent-based topcoat, and the sealant needs wet-on-wet coating process.
