全油酸基水性聚氨酯的制备与性能

Preparation and Properties of Fully Oleic Acid-Based Waterborne Polyurethane

摘要: 以油酸为起始原料,通过酯化反应、巯基-烯点击反应和库尔修斯重排反应合成了3种聚氨酯用油酸基衍生物:油酸基羧酸型亲水扩链剂、油酸基二元醇和油酸基二异氰酸酯。利用这3种单体共聚制备了油酸基聚氨酯水分散体。用核磁和红外表征了单体的结构;采用摆杆硬度测试、耐水性测试、示差扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对聚氨酯涂膜的机械性能和热性能进行表征,并将其性能与全石油基线型聚氨酯进行比较。研究结果表明:采用油酸基单体可成功制备与石油基聚氨酯性能相当的材料。

Abstract: Three oleic acid based monomers including oleic acid base hydrophilic chain extender, oleic acid based diol and oleic acid base diisocyanate were prepared through esterification reaction, thiol-ene click and Curtius rearrangement reaction, using oleic acid as starting raw material. Their structures were confirmed by H NMR and FT-IR. Then they were used to prepare the fully oleic acid based polyurethane waterborne dispersion. Some properties such as pendulum hardness, water resistance and thermal properties were studied. All of those properties of oleic acid based polyurethane were compared with them of fully petroleum-based linear polyurethane. The results showed that the comprehensive properties of oleic acid based polyurethane are as good as that of petroleum-based polyurethane.
