摘要: 全氢聚硅氮烷转化法是一种工艺灵活度非常高的制备氧化硅涂层的方法,特别适用于对处理温度有要求的聚合物基材。 综述了在聚合物薄膜基材上通过全氢聚硅氮烷转化法制备氧化硅阻隔涂层的研究进展,简述了国内的发展现状,并指出了未来的发展方向。

Abstract: A silica coating derived from perhydropolysilazane (PHPS) has a big advantage due to versatile process, especially for the polymer substrates which are susceptible to the process temperature. In this paper, the research progress in PHPS derived silica coatings for polymer films has been reviewed. The current research status in China is summarized. The fu-ture research direction is also pointed out.
