摘要: 利用聚氨酯的“ 裁剪工艺” ,设计合成了一种含有烷氧基硅锚固基团和聚乙二醇溶剂化链段的超分散剂,并用于分散水性涂料中的二氧化硅(SiO2)消光粉。 采用红外光谱、粒径测试、透射电镜对超分散剂的结构和超分散剂对SiO2 消光粉的分散效果进行了表征。 用合成的超分散剂分散SiO2 消光粉,可以获得粒径小、不团聚、稳定的 SiO2 消光粉水性分散液。

Abstract: The hyperdispersant used for silica as matting powder dispersed in waterborne coatings was designed and synthesized by "tailoring proceeding"of polyurethane. The hyperdispersant had alkoxy silicon anchoring groups and polyethylene glycol water-soluble chain segment. The structure of hyperdispersant and its effect on dispersing performance of silica in waterborne dispersion were characterized by FT-IR, DSL and TEM. The results showed that the synthesized hyperdispersant could disperse silica to form a stable waterborne dispersion with small particle size showing no agglomeration.
