氨基硅烷偶联剂对改性水性聚氨酯胶膜性能的影响

Influence of Amino Silane Coupling Agent on Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane

摘要: 采用氨基硅烷偶联剂(KH550)对水性聚氨酯预聚体进行封端,制备有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯。 进一步将其乳化、成膜,采用溶解法研究水性聚氨酯胶膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性。 用热重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析(DMA)以及拉伸性能测试研究了 KH550 的用量对聚氨酯胶膜力学性能的影响。 结果表明:KH550 的加入可以有效改善聚氨酯胶膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性;增强聚氨酯胶膜的热稳定性,热分解温度由 289.8 ℃提高到 315 ℃ ;同时也能提高聚氨酯胶膜的机械性能与拉伸强度。

Abstract: A modified waterborne polyurethane was prepared by a reaction of waterborne polyurethane prepolymer with amino silane coupling agent(KH550)as a blocking agent,and then was further emulsified and cured to form a film. The influence of silane coupling agent content on the solvent and chemical resistance of the modified films was investigated. TGA and DMA were used to study the thermal and mechanical properties of the modified PU films.The results indicated that the increase of the kh550 dosage effectively improved the solvent and chemical resistance of the modified PU film, enhanced the thermal stability with its thermal decomposition temperature increased from 289. 8°C to 315°C, and increased the mechanical properties and tensile strength.
