摘要: 以丙烯酸(AA)作为开环试剂,与环氧大豆油(ESO)反应制备可控羟基数的多元醇(AESO),再与聚醚二醇(PPG)、异氰酸酯(IPDI)、亲水单体二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、扩链剂三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和中和剂三乙醇胺(TEA)等原料,制备出性能良好的大豆油基水性聚氨酯乳液( SWPU)。 通过傅里叶变换红外分析、热重分析和机械测试研究了涂膜的结构和物理性能,研究了 AESO 和 PPG 相对含量的变化对 SWPU 的黏度和稳定性以及涂膜的耐水性、热稳定性及力学性能的影响。 结果表明:成功地以 AESO 改性水性聚氨酯,得到的 SWPU 乳液具有较好的稳定性,涂膜耐水性得到改善,且具有较好的热稳定性,拉伸强度得到提高,断裂伸长率有所下降。

Abstract: Polyols (AESO) with different hydroxyl number were obtained by the reaction of acrylic acid and epoxied soybean oil. An acrylated soybean oil-based waterbome polyure-thane(SWPU) was prepared by the reaction of AESO, PPG-2000, IPDI, DMPA, TEA and water, etc. The thermophysical and mechanical properties of the SWPU films have been studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy thermogravimetric analysis and mechanical testing respectively. The results indicated that SWPU has been successfully modified by AESO.The emulsion had good stability.Furthermore the film exhibited the decreased water absorp-tion, the increased tensile strength and the decreased elongation at break.
