摘要: 因镀锌底材表面的活泼锌易与潮湿环境中的空气、水汽发生反应,从而易使工件表面的镀锌层大大消耗,故需对镀锌表面进行涂层防护。 研制了一组对镀锌底材具有优异附着力且在相互碰撞过程中不会掉漆的优异涂层。 涂层由底漆和面漆组成,底漆是由环氧树脂与聚乙烯醇缩丁醛拼合韧性好的聚酰胺树脂组成的铁红底漆;面漆是由柔韧性突出的羟基丙烯酸树脂与拉伸强度优异的聚脲树脂复合而成。 复合涂层对各类镀锌底材具有优异的附着力、韧性、耐冲击性、耐腐蚀性以及耐人工老化性,已获得国家专利授权,并已实现产业化。

Abstract: The active zinc on surface of galvanized substrate is inclined to react with water in humid environment, which leads to a great consumption of galvanizing layer on surface of work-piece. The vore, a protective coating should be applied on galvanizing layer. In this article,a composite coating system comprised of primer and topcoat with good adhesion and impact resist-ance has been provided, wherein, the primer comprises a polyamide resin prepared from epoxy and polyvinyl butyral, and the topcoat comprises a polyurea derived from hydroxyl acrylic acid having good flexibility. The composite coating is applicable to various galvanized substrates, en-abling good adhesion, toughness, impact resistance, anticorrosion and accelerated ageing resist-ance. This technology has been applied for patent and industrialized successfully.
