超薄型钢结构防火卷材的研制及性能测试

摘要: 以 P 树脂为基料,聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇和三聚氰胺为膨胀阻燃体系,二氧化钛、短切玻纤为增强填料,通过密炼、挤出、压延成型等工艺,制备了超薄型钢结构防火卷材,并对其理化性能与耐火性能进行了研究。 检测结果表明:该钢结构防火卷材的各项性能指标达到了现有钢结构防火涂料的标准要求,耐火极限 2.0 mm 达 107 min,30 mm 可达 127 min,各项理化性能优良,其生产使用环保安全、装饰性好、施工便捷。

Abstract: An ultrathin fire resistant steel structure is prepared by using P-resin as base material and ammonium polyphosphate pentaerythritol and melamine as intumescent flame re-tardant systems in addition to titanium dioxide and short glass fiber as reinforcing fillers via mixing, extrusion and calendering-molding process. The physical and chemical properties and fire resistant performance are investigated according to the standard of fire resistant coating for steel structure. The results show that the fire resistance rating can be up to 107 min(2. 0 mm) and 127 min(3.0 mm), moreover, the coated steel structure exhibit excellent physical and chemical properties and is characterized by safe production, eco-compliance, good decorative effect and easy-to-use.
